About this blog
We will use this blog to keep you up to speed on all things digital at DVLA. Posts, comments and discussions will be restricted to our existing and new digital services. This includes the Insurance Industry Access to Driver Data project – our first digital exemplar service. For more information please see the GDS Digital Strategy and the DfT Digital Strategy.
We’ll keep you updated on our progress and will let you know how our new services will meet the GDS digital by default service standard. We’ll explain how we have met each of the criteria in the service standard, why an approach was taken, what we learned, what our users need, and also to share our future digital plans.
This blog will enable us to share information across government so that we get consistently excellent digital services.
